Services
We make all types of breaker plates; standard pattern, mixing inverter, straight slotted, circular slotted, oval patterns, and odd shapes. We can make them completely custom for R&D, or we can rip off an order of 50 for multiple screen changer lines. Being a CNC shop, we have the capacity to do it rapidly.
Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) is a unique method of machining that enables the cutting of complex profiles, tapers, small parts and delicate sections with tight tolerances while maintaining clean smooth finishes. Not every tool room or shop can afford to have this machine tool, given the cost of consumables, maintenance, and the necessary training to operate in-house.
We make custom car emblems or badges. Show cars are definitely our biggest market but, if you can put an emblem on it, we can make it -- cars, motorcycles, boats, machinery -- whatever! Emblems are CNC milled from a plate of solid 6061 aluminum, polished, painted, blasted or brush finished and 3M emblem adhesive mounting tape applied to the back.
