These people are LIFESAVERS! I had what others said was a complicated embroidery job that I needed last minute and they NAILED IT! Not only that, they were welcoming, friendly and so positive! Customer service out of this world and final design looked spectacular!!

I had contacted them last minute to get two shirts embroidered for christmas. They responded quickly, helped me arrange my design and did a fantastic job. They were able to have them ready and available on Christmas Eve for me. I would give more stars if I could and am excited to use them again in the future!

Called to get a quote, I sent the artwork. Three days later I called again and they said the needed more so I sent the exact designs. It's been five days and still no quote. I'm going somewhere else.

First the shirts were not finished in the time frame I was promised. They threw in two extra shirts for that which I was grateful. But, I went to pick up the shirts and the logo was HUGE when that’s not what I asked for. Was told they could be redone and I stressed that I needed them done before I went out of town. I was told they could do that, was given a date (Wednesday) but told they would for sure be done sooner than that (Tuesday).
