I have been going there for about 2 years and they have changed doctors here many times. One of the new doctors here I feel abuses his power. I called and needed to change my time of my appointment and he chose to punish me by telling the scheduler she had to call me back and reschedule my appointment for a week out knowing I would be out of medicine at the later time instead of letting me have a 3:00 appointment instead of 9:00 that morning so I would not have to miss work..

Zero social distancing in place. Lobby full of patients, some not wearing masks and clearly knew he was upsetting others wearing masks. Many staff not wearing masks either. Ask you to show up 15 minutes early and then wait more than an hour to see doctor.

After telling me I should make sure I was in a good amount of pain for a nerve block, I was told I could not have one. As I left the lady who was not wearing a mask two days prior -- had her mask well below her nose. I was told "your injury will hurt forever" and was misinformed to hurt myself before the appt. Zero compassion and no regard for pandemic rules.

Dr. Roslonski and staff are very patient and understanding. They take time to explain what will work best in your particular situation. You are not made to feel like a criminal because you have chronic pain for whatever reason.
