Don was extremely thorough when testing our water. He involved the whole family to ensure we all understood what was going on. Once the testing was complete he explained all of the results and provided several options to correct our problems. The entire process was professional and painless. I would recommend Don and Gordon Bros to anyone with questions about their water quality.

You guys have a great employee in David Armentrout! I believe we both had a memorable and nostalgic experience by the time he left. David recognized my last name. He grew up with my uncles. One of my uncles was tragically murdered. He gave gave me a thorough explanation on the problem, and a really affordable solution with no unanswered questions.
He also shared past stories of my uncle whom I've never had the chance to meet and it was truly appreciated. Pleasant and memorable experience to say the least.

I have been doing business with Gordon Brothers for nearly 25 years. First reason is the overall quality of their softeners. Second is their upbeat and friendly office staff and finally over the years the top notch guys who make up their tech staff. Today I had Darryk at my house. A very friendly, courteous , and knowledgeable young man and a definite asset to Goron Brothers. His overall attitude and strong work ethic gives me hope for the younger generation.

I needed service on my Kinetico water conditioning system and a salt delivery. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The Gordon Bros. technician, Jim Rothbrust was one of the best service people I have ever had working at our home. He was polite, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. Mike is a very conscientious and knowledgeable installation specialist and did a wonderful job installing my softener and drinking water. Mick D. Installed a Gordon Brothers filter unit for us. He did an excellent job for us and planned the install to be done in a very efficient and timely manner! Bill does a great job, is very knowledgeable and well prepared for anything he runs into. Also great about quick follow-up and even came back in to answer my questions since my son (I was leading a conf call when Bill arrived) didn’t take good notes on what was done.

After installation the filter housing was leaking water. Five technician visits later trying to correct the leak the new filter version assembly was removed and the old version filter assembly it replaced was installed. Did I get a refund on the cost difference, no. The unit I bought and thought to be Kinetico turned out to be some off brand they sell that cannot be identified. The unit did not operate for 2 months after installation. The last time a technician was here I mentioned to him that the unit was not using much salt. He then corrected the problem. The water system works great and was as-described during the sales pitch. How can I give it just two stars then?

1. The sales pitch takes 2.5 hours. There was NO warning that it would take this long during the advert process. So I, with no heads-up, gave 2.5 hours of a Saturday to learn about how my water was. Did I learn a lot? Yes. Could they have done a better job warning customers about the time commitment? Definitely.

2. The installer HIT MY FRICKIN HOUSE WITH HIS VAN during the install process. I have since reached out to Gordon Bros about how they're going to correct this

Doug came out to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system under my kitchen sink back in May 2016.

After doing some fall cleaning under the sink, I noticed a huge leak coming from a plastic fitting for the water filtration system. It looked like Doug cut my copper piping and installed a plastic adapter to divert water as needed to the system. This adapter was steadily leaking and had build up of slime, indicating that this leak was present for quite some time.

The leak was so bad that water was streaming through my cabinet, flooring, down my exterior wall, across my sidewalk and pooling
