I have had a horrible experience with this agency. First of all the last Home health aid they sent my family member robbed her blind. Stole jewelry, clothes and who no wat else. She took advantage of my Aunt. And me being able to pronounce these afar African last names. Wen I asked over and over again. Still would not tell me. However, I did make a police report but no good has that made. God dont like ugly. Ms. Sarah will get hers in the end. And I hope I never run into her. I will never recommend this agency . I finally just put my Aunt in a nursing home. And they're not much better. .
