Client charged with Murder in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, facing 25 years to life in state prison if convicted. After a two-week jury trial, resulting in a hung jury, a second trial was scheduled. At the second trial, with numerous eyewitnesses, firearm/ballistic experts and forensic testimony, the client was found NOT GUILTY of ALL CHARGES.
