I hired Stylish Staging & Design to stage the main floor of a townhouse in Lawrence, KS. We had a full price offer within a day of putting it on the market. While you might think this is due to current market conditions, I believe it's also largely due to the excellent staging that Trish did for us. She maintains a large warehouse of *just* the right type of furniture any home needs to look its best. Trust me. Trust Trish. Spend the money. You'll make it many times over when you sell your home (quickly and at a much higher price). Highly recommend.

Stylish Staging & Design did a great job of staging my house. The arrangements were impeccably well thought out. The crew is quick, efficient, tidy and clean in both the set up and striking of the arrangements. Trish is very creative in a very tasteful way. She arranged my furniture, artwork, and other display items to create a beautiful, interesting and welcoming space. I get many compliments about how she "pulled it altogether" beautifully. In addition, she is a delight to work with -- listens carefully and is always pleasant. I can't say enough positive things about Trish and her eye for design in staging properties for me. Just this week, she staged another home that I have had on the market for over 142 days without any luck in getting an offer.
