Matt was very attentive. Even when I had concerns on his day off he still made time to make sure the window safe and even put another new windshield in because I didn’t agree with the first one. We have a new 2020 vehicle with a damaged windshield. We had difficulty getting the glass replaced through the dealer and Payless glass out of Hamden. Matt not only replaced the glass but picked it up from the dealer and installed it in our driveway. Matt was professional and courteous the whole time. He was even able to set up a date to have the eyesite system recalibrated.

The week before Christmas (and during a snowstorm) all of us night shift medical folks came out in the morning to find our car windows smashed and stuff stolen. When I got home I started calling around. I was a little freaked because I needed to drive 70+ miles early the next morning. Matt was great! He took the time to explain everything and talk with my insurance company even though I could tell he was very busy. He had to order the glass, but still got it done by late afternoon the same day. Highly recommend All Clear Auto Glass for windshield replacement. My windshield randomly crack on a Tuesday and I started calling around for quotes when my sister referred me to All Clear on Wednesday. I left a message for Matt regarding my windshield and he got back to me within the hour. He quoted about $100 less than the other companies I reached out to and said he could do it that Friday (ONLY TWO DAYS AWAY)!! Having a newborn money is a lot tighter so I obviously jumped at the lower price. Honestly I'm so glad that my sister recommended All Clear. Matt was extremely nice and professional

This place is absolutely amazing. I went there about 2 months ago because someone had bust my car wind open. I tried every other glass place and they tried over charging me to replace it. A+ experience. I called on a Friday to inquire about getting my windshield replaced; he had it fixed by Saturday morning. He showed up at my house when he said he would, had the right windshield, installed it in less than an hour. I only had to interact with him for 5 minutes at the beginning and end--so much easier than bringing to a dealer! Price was very reasonable and he charged me exactly what he had quoted, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I was able to pay by credit card, which was a big plus. Windshield looks great!

My windshield was cracked and getting bigger by the day. Matt came to my house and replaced it even though he had a family member in the hospital. He was early , the service was excellent and the cost was fifty to one hundred and fifty dollars less than the other places I called.l highly recommend all clear auto glass.

Matt was quick to respond when I sent an email requesting a quote for a windshield replacement. He was even able to make an appointment for the next day, which was perfect! Since it rained yesterday, Matt came out on Sunday morning and did the work! Technical job as well with a lane departure camera. Works 100% no calibration at the dealership!
