My 10 year old thought he was McGuyver and tried to pick our front door lock with a toothpick even though he had full access to our hide-a-key that he had been using for 3 years. Toothpick was broken off inside and Unlockit helped us out! They were professional, quick to respond, and super friendly! Affordable fix and house calls are helpful too! Thank you guys!

Showed up on time with a friendly, professional, and skilled locksmith to re-key 6 doors. They even took the time to do some minor repairs to a few of my locks at no charge. The re-key fee was a little bit on the higher side, but the extra care and effort they went through to fix the locks at no charge, researched the model type of some old door knobs that needed replacement soon, and the fact that they only charge about $2/key to duplicate, it seemed like an overall great value. Highly recommend!

I was able to call & book an appointment quickly, for the next morning. Jeff and Chris came out to rekey our doors. They were quick and kind. The house was pretty chaotic at the time but they easily worked around the painters there. Would definitively recommend the company.

Jose programmed a new fob and cut a key for my Lexus RX350. He communicated well on the front end, showed up when he said he would, had what he needed to get the job done, and did it pretty quick. He was also one heck of a nice guy and very professional. I could tell he took pride in his work.

Jeff was great! He was thorough and efficient, and was also very patient with our 5 dogs that were here while he worked. The locks are in great shape now-be even replaced our door knob on the front door since we had an electric keypad installed. Great service, great quality-highly recommend Unlock It!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They were awesome. We have used them twice now for two different reasons and they have been professional and courteous and experienced each time. The team at Unlockit were professional and addressed all of my requests for repairs at my Subdivision in a timely fashion. Unlockit repaired outside gates for the Princeton Corners Subdivision's pool house and tennis court and did a great job. Princeton Corners Subdivision is satisfied with the work completed and would highly recommend the company to repair and/or install your locks.

Used these guys to open a keypad lock where battery had died and would recommend. Fast, professional, responsive on Yelp messenger feature. Opened door, made me a key, and nicely gave me a few extra copies of the key. Felt very professional, from communication to the employee who came to do the work. Would use again.

Needed a 2nd key for a 2011 RAV 4. I went to a couple of other locksmiths and found them to be indifferent, unprofessional and a bit...shady. Perhaps that is too strong a word, but I did not feel comfortable with them. I went to Unlockit on HWY 92 and they handled the process. Not having the key in stock they ordered one. After one week they notified me that it had arrived and I went to the location. Nathan D anticipated it would take roughly 30 minutes to complete. He ran into some issues programming it - as it often the case with tech - but applied himself diligently to the task and had it done

I was connected to Unlockit through yelp's new service request feature! I was able to send them a message through Yelp to procure a quote with ease. After receiving preliminary information I called to confirm an appointment date. Soan gave great customer service on the phone and made booking very simple!
My rekey service was completed by George. George was great! Very professional - He wore a mask and shoe covers while in the house. All my locks were fixed perfectly and he also gave me some extra tips for lock maintenance.

I had an extremely corroded faucet lock on my back deck that needed to be removed. Unlockit responded right away confirming they can remove the lock and shortly after we scheduled an appointment for the following week. Johnathan arrived early and due to a meeting gone late, I was unavailable when he arrived. 20 minutes later I call back and explain the situation and they were so patient and stated Johnathan is heading back to service the lock. The lock was very difficult to remove, but Johnathan managed to remove it within 30 minutes without any damage to the spout itself. Couldn't be happier

I bought one of those “Smartlocks” deadbolts from a big-name hardware store, thinking this would be a quick fix and save money. I followed the instruction and even watched a YouTube video. The Smartlock still locked up on me with my new key. I walked in to Unlockit, with my so call new deadbolt and key and they fixed everything in just a few hours. I can not believe what great customer service they have and a price I could not beat, after looking around. I have used Unlokit once before and never thought, I would need a lock smith again. I was wrong and super happy with their location
