Recently redecorated, this well appointed unit has wonderful views of Great North Mountain and the "Valley", including a long view down the Bryce Resort Golf course. In winter the fireplace will warm you, and in summer you can dine on the furnished deck.

This unit is the tastefully decorated top 2 floors of a Bryce Hill condominium townhouse located high on a hill, with unobstructed, sweeping views of the mountains and the valley below. The main (lower) floor has 2 BR, 2 baths, and a large living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and sliding doors that open to a balcony for outdoor eating and enjoying the views.
Bryce slopes and beginner areas provide challenges for novice, intermediate, advanced and expert skiers. Amenities include: snow sports including skiing and tubing, golf, tennis, miniature golf, horseback riding, dining/lounge, mountain boarding and grass skiing. The Festival's main season includes 8 - 10 evening concerts featuring symphonic - both pops and classical - folk, jazz, big band and several free programs for young people.
Located 11 miles west of I-81 in Basye, Virginia. From Washington, DC area, take I-66 west to I-81 south. Take exit #273 Mt. Jackson from I-81. Turn east (left) on Rt. 292 to Rt. 11. Go south (right) on Rt. 11. Right on Rt. 263. Continue west on Rt. 263 to the entrance of the 'Hill' on your left, just past the 'Pure' gas station.
