I want to share the great experience and service my husband and I received when our driver picked us up at the Grand Hyatt in San Francisco on January 8th. We have always taken the BART when we go into and out of San Francisco. We have never considered calling for a driver because we thought the cost would be outrageous. For whatever reason that day we decided to ask the Concierge at our hotel to call for a car. We were shocked to hear that someone would be there to pick us up in 10 mins. Our driver Azad was there in exactly 10 mins, if not sooner. Azad instantly greeted us with a big warm

We used this service Memorial Day morning to go from Fishermans Wharf to SFO. The town car and driver were there 20 minutes early and service was great. Chu (sp?) was out driver and he was courteous and professional. Traffic was a breeze thankfully and we got to airport in like 25 minutes. I wish we had used this service to hotel at beginning of trip! We will definitely call them next time we are in the Bay Area.

I have met several grand employees all have been nothing, but complete gentlemen . The owner Tony is a super nice guy as well as his nephew. His service when talking to him was amazing.. Our driver Saul was friendly and very professional and on time for drop off and pickup was perfect. I know crooks and I would never us that word to describe Tony. Give them a try and make your own decision. There are always two sides to a story and sometimes on Yelp some businesses get a bum rap.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about, but this was by far the best limo service i've ever had! The staff was incredibly prompt and kind. I used them for a corporate event as well as an airport transfer, and it couldnt have gone better! The drivers were amazing, very friendly. I spoke directly with the owner, Tony, while i was making all of the reservations and he made sure everything would be as we wanted it. The pricing is pretty reasonable as well! I would DEFINITELY recommend using this company!

I am extremely disturbed with the reviews Grand Limousine is receiving, my family and I have been using them since the late 90's for business and personal use. My father loves to entertain and also has to for his business. I can not count how many times we have used them. We frequent Napa with Grand Limousine, Tony sometimes drives us. I LOVE Tony driving us, he knows EVERYONE in Napa and always get's us awesome deals. He is also hilarious, we always ask for him to sit with us at the wineries. I posted two pictures of us having fun in their limo's. I work for Bay Inc. in Walnut Creek
