With extensive understanding and dedication, we have developed a comprehensive certification program which covers a broad spectrum of subjects important to safety, confidence, and awareness in the teaching of and practicing yoga. Charlette Bayala - I know I might say this often - VariYoga makes sense to me more each day as I teach and I think you and Bryan will always be "home" for me when I feel like I need to come back to my roots in my teaching. Coral Rose - Moving to Arkansas from Southern California in 2002 and trying to find someone who even knew what Yoga was, much less somewhere to practice certainly was not easy, until I met Andrea Fournet.
VariYoga is a dynamic practice that recognizes 'one size does not fit all' and can be modified to meet the needs of the individual. The breath is used to link poses and sequences which range from gentle to vigorous, depending on individual ability. In addition, VariYoga includes an awareness of alignment, breathing techniques, and a philosophical understanding of Hatha Yoga.

When I first attended classes at Arkansas Yoga Center in 2008 I felt welcomed as an individual, not “just another student “. AYC has a large selection of classes to explore and enjoy. All instructors are well trained, certified, and warm-hearted. The studios and garden are absolutely beautiful and peaceful, full of light and joy. With its variety of teachers and classes, it is the most accommodating studio in NW Arkansas for all levels of practice, whether just beginning yoga, healing from a life event, or for an experienced practitioner.

We are lucky in Northwest Arkansas to have some wonderful yoga studios, but there is no doubt that AR Yoga is my favorite. It's such a pleasant and easy environment. If you have any reservations about attending a class or joining the community, they melt away at the door. It seems like, over time, yoga has shifted a bit toward athleticism and away from a holistic mind/body practice in many studios, but not at AR Yoga. When I leave the studio, I feel better about myself, but I also feel better about the world around me. That's something we all need more of in our lives, especially now. There is

The Arkansas Yoga Center is an all-around premier facility. From the attention to detail on the sustainable construction and design to the integrity and accessibility of the teaching- FIVE STARS!
I was a teacher with Andrea before the center was built and the foundation of first class quality was established long before the walls went up.
Do yourself a favor and become a part of this family of wellness and better living!

This place feels like home to me ! The staff is always so welcoming here and knows you by name ! There are so many kinds of yoga offered that the classes can fit any fitness level, body type, age and abilities from beginners to experts. The teachers are very knowledgeable and will give multiple options if the technique is too hard for a student. The building is beautiful and so are the people inside. If you are looking for a safe, welcoming, professional place to practice yoga you have found it at Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center.

Andrea Fournet has given NWA one of its greatest gifts: The Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center. This is the premier location to experience a variety of yoga styles from the best instructors! Everything about the studio was magnificently planned and built. The yoga room is large and spacious with beautiful, heated wood floors and a calming color scheme. The waterfall feature in the backyard provides a peaceful oasis to escape the stress of modern living. There are class levels to accommodate those with special needs as well as advanced students who long to stand on their heads. Andrea brings other

Andrea and Arkansas Yoga Studio embody the definition of authentic yoga. You get both the physical and mental benefits of Yoga at Arkansas Yoga Center. The instructors truly have a passion for teaching those learning yoga, they are all expert yogis and they know your name and where you are in your practice. The studio itself is designed for yoga practice, from the overall ambiance to the props provided. The wide variety of classes means there is something for everyone at AYC. I have practiced at this studio for over ten years and have never had a bad experience and would recommend AYC to anyone

I absolutely love it! I’m a yoga newbie. First day I went in I was so nervous that’d I’d get judged. Well let me tell ya, no need to be nervous!! It’s a judgment free zone. The very first minute I stepped into the building I felt so, so welcomed. Everyone is so sweet and the environment is filled with light and good vibes. If you’re ever in need of finding a place to release stress or just to relax, I definitely recommend coming to Arkansas Yoga Center!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Welcoming instructors in a beautiful, clean studio. I recently bought a 10 day pass and have tried 3 different styles of Yoga under 4 different teachers. I have practiced at home but consider myself a beginner. Each class left me feeling lifted and more in touch with my mind, emotions and body. I great place to practice!

I have been going to the Arkansas Yoga Center since August 2019. I am a true beginner. Although, like all of you, I had to stay home for 15 months, I was able to participate in the classes on line.
Once they were allowed to reopen, I immediately resumed my face-to-face classes. I have chosen the unlimited class package allowing me to attend any class I would like. It is always a pleasure to attend one of their classes. I find that Melissa's, Nicole's, and Andrea's classes suit my practice the best.
The teachers, facilities, location, and other students are terrific.
