Recently, industry-wide we are experiencing unprecedented increases in prices of raw materials, skyrocketing freight costs, and manufacturer labor. Frank and I have figured out over the years that only 20% of our samples are the nicest looking, smartly priced, best sellers. That's what we load up. Yes, it's a pivot not divot point.

We carry all flooring including carpet, sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl planks and tiles, laminates, hardwoods (engineered and solids), commercial broadloom, modular carpet tiles, area rugs and ceramic tiles. Our kitchen floor had dark ceramic tiles, which had been installed before 1988 when we moved in.Over the years it had gotten chipped in several places, and it was unforgiving; nearly everything that fell on it shattered.
CBL Floors made us a reasonable offer, tearing up the old tiles and putting down an underlayment and new Congoleum tiles. (We had a cabinet refinishing job going on, so they had to tear up the old floor so the cabinet people would be able to find the real floor, then after the cabinet work was done, they put in the new floor and installed the quarter-round the cabinet people had

We were referred to CBL Floors by our granddaughter who had them install carpet in her basement rec room. She was very satisfied. We met with Frank and told him that we needed to replace carpet in our cabin. We gave him a sample of the recently installed dinning room flooring so we could compliment the floor with carpet in the living room. He was very helpful in helping us select the appropriate carpet brand and color. The installation was excellent and the room looks great. We were completely satisfied with the entire process and would highly recommend them.

Frank and his team were absolutely amazing in helping us get new carpet installed in time to list/sell our house. Frank was attentive to our timeline and needs and went above and beyond to make sure everything went according to plan.
Our installer, Brandon, was personable, respectful, and professional. Our floors look fantastic and high quality of work is evident when you simply walk into our home and see the carpet.

We had gross, old, dirty carpeting from the previous owners of our home-- and CBL provided us with an extremely welcome and nice change! The process of getting our Shaw carpet installed was very easy. I never felt pressured into buying an expensive product or paying for services I didn't need. They also came in and measured our entire house & provided design ideas because we're looking to update flooring upstairs too. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely come to CBL again with my flooring needs.

AMAZING Service & Product!!!
We used CBL carpets to install carpet at a house that we were getting ready to sell. I was looking for inexpensive carpet to be installed quickly and had been to both Home Depot and Lowes. I was SO frustrated by the lack of knowledge of the store employees and stressed about having to make an appointment with a 3rd party, potentially get an asbestos test and not fully knowing WHEN everything would be completed. I mentioned my situation while at a luncheon and 2 separate neighbors suggested I call CBL. Boy am I glad I did!! Not only did CBL have a much better

I very much enjoyed working with CBL Floors for a lower level remodel. I made a fairly large purchase, 4 rooms of carpet, hallway and stairs. They are very professional and knowledgable about flooring. I made at least 5 trips into the store for color selection and sample check outs. They came out to my home to help me finalize my selections. They even offered help with wall colors too.
I think the pricing is fair comparing CBL to the larger big box stores. The main difference is that this is a family owned business and it is clear that their customers come first. I would not hesitate
