Ben was SO helpful when my motor died on my new machine! At first we thought it was just a fuse, so he gave me a new one, but when it was still blowing the fuse after plugging it into a surge protector he determined that the problem was the motor. He was staying late, and let me pick up the new motor after closing time to help me out! And THEN after I got the motor replaced and had small belt issue he still helped me troubleshoot the problem through texting after he'd left the shop! He helped me get my machine running again, and I was able to finish my project (even if it took all day). That is

I found the service rendered very beneficial. They are always willing to go out of there way to help me out. If I have a question about a machine they will do there best to walk me through it over the phone, before they come out and make a service call. If you want a great experience and service Daines is the place for all your industrial embroidery and sewing needs.

I have worked in the embroidery industry for the past 20 years. I have most recently scaled down my involvement to just digitizing embroidery machine files. I was introduced to Dains about 8 years ago when I was doing consultant work with several differant home embroidery business. From the very start of my relationship with them I have been extremely impressed. They really know the in's and outs of the business very well. Tammy at the front desk has always been cheerful and happy to help me out with what ever I have needed. I refer anyone looking to get into the business to them. They have an

I went with my seamstress yesterday to look at an industrial machine for my bridal shop. They were busy: but no one greeted us or even acknowledged us in 15 minutes. When my seamstress asked the price of a used machine, and I asked about whether there was a good machine for light to heavier work, I was rudely told that this was "not a home sewer's machine place". The man then told my seamstress, who has 40 years of sewing experience, not to touch the machines without assistance, implying she would ruin them. He then apologized to the customer he was working with, a gentleman, (who was with his

Just about the worst service I have ever encountered. I had called in to bring my machine in for a repair and got there 20 min prior to them closing and the front end cashier walked out and yelled, were closed! She just raised her hand and pretty much didn't care that I was even there even though I had just talked to her on the phone. Thankfully the repair man was able to take my machine and even he wasn't giving me the best of service for my machine. I've gone to Daines for years and know of the company through my mom who has always been a loyal customer until they moved to their new location
