Following in the footsteps of many great startups, DirectNetworks, Inc. began in 1999 out of a second-story Madison apartment. With brisk sales and steady growth, DirectNetworks outgrew its humble roots. In 2005, DirectNetworks renovated a Beltline warehouse into a new high-tech facility designed to provide top-of-the-line IT solutions to its small-to-medium-sized business clients and space for its growing number of employees.
At DirectNetworks we take support seriously; after all, it is our job. Our remote help desk is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year; with backup from onsite engineers, we ensure that a problem surfacing on a Sunday won't have to wait until Monday morning. DirectNetworks was a big help this past weekend in bringing our company infrastructure back online. I was notified by one of their engineers about a couple of offline servers that had gotten stuck in a boot loop due to a bad Microsoft windows update. With the engineer's help I was able to successfully resolve the issue and bring all network services back online without any noticeable downtime to my end users. Without DirectNetworks engineer's prompt notification and help I would have most likely woken up to frantic calls and texts from my end users Monday morning when our company servers would
