Small, quiet tattoo shop in downtown Watertown. Owners are nice and experienced. Obviously not NY Ink status but they seem to know what they're doing. Minimum price for tattoo is $50. They also do piercings here. My tattoo has faded significantly, but in all fairness it's on my finger which is expected. First touch up is free. Not an amazingly memorable experience, but I would recommend them.
