Josh and the team at Flohr Pools was great to work with on the purchase of our HotSpring Envoy. The purchase process was simple and Josh has been more than accommodating with answering all of our questions and concerns. Josh personally came out to the house post delivery and explained everything about the spa.
Additionally, the electrician that Flohr recommended was top notch. Greg and his crew were incredible and very accommodating.

We were extremely happy with the service we got at Flohr pools in Martinsburg. Megan the sales girl was extremely nice & knowledgeable. The managers were very polite & well informed & came out with Megan to help to explain how to use a hot tub & to make sure it was set up properly. The men that delivered the hot tub were very professional & explained things well! We would highly recommend Flohr pools!

We bought our pool 6 years ago from Flohr and from the beginning the experience was awesome. All the staff were friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. We continue to use them every year for our continuing needs such as chemical, water analysis and other item. Travis and the team are always fun and on the ball. Thanks for great service

I HIGHLY recommend going to Flohr Pools for your pool needs! Josh worked with us to select the best pool for our yard and was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to all of our questions. The crew that came out and did the install was professional and fast. Josh went above and beyond to provide the highest quality customer service and followed up after the install. Amazing company and really made the pool buying process seamless.

I was skeptical from the beginning. I was scared to spend so much money and scared that the 1 year warranty didn't mean a thing. Well, Tom from sales was amazing during install process and orientation and still follows up on emails. Cheryl is great for new owner questions and Kathy from their service department out of Chambersburg is very responsive. I just had an issue with sand leaking from the pump. They repaired it quickly and got it back up/running. Only thing that I recommend is they refer to "the owner" by name instead of just, I need to check with "the owner." Now
