The Friday Main Event is a program dedicated to covering high school football all across the state of Tennessee. My name is Mike Molder and I began doing radio in August of 2011 when WDUC 93.9 FM opened for business that same month. I've covered high school football ever since including two stints at "The Duck" and a couple of seasons with another FM station in Tullahoma called "The Ticket Sports Radio".
Last year, Lee Teat and I decided to launch a YouTube Channel that has gained popularity largely due to our affliation with CoachT.com. Our program basically consists of two parts: The first hour, we reach out to Coaches from all across the State to get insight into their programs and players. The second hour, Lee and I discuss the biggest games around the state for that week and give you our picks for those games.

Here is our 2021 Preseason Top Fifteen! I'm still gathering info and hoping to see some spring scrimmages this year. No mcminn county in the 5a rankings? They return some key players may not be as good as last year but still see them possibly winning their region. Walker Valley hasn't beaten us once so they have that weight on their shoulders.
