Be Ready for normal wait time of 2-3 hours during each visit before you go. Be smart before getting billed for any unnecessary claims on your bill later on.

My husband bought his first hearing aids from JHBI on 09-01-2010 and his second pair on 12-01-2015. The most impressive thing about this company is the customer service provided by Dr. Eblin and his assistant audiologist Lou. No matter what his hearing concerns were, they would listen and then act to resolve any problem he thought he was having.
We are referring our friends who have hearing loss concerns to The Hearing Center at JHBI without hesitation.

Dr. Ambrosia spent plenty of time with me discussing the different treatment options. Once my equipment was in, she took ample time to set up, run trial and error and then answer all of my foolish questions. This type of

Dr. Green is located in the Center One Building (off Gate Parkway) and features lots of free parking. His office occupies nearly half a floor and has a separate area for kid patients. After a short wait after checking in with receptionist, an assistant administers a variety of hearing tests and escorts you to a room where you wait for results and a consultation with Dr Green.
While waiting, I pondered the results and felt certain I had failed all tests miserably
and needed hearing aids and whatever else was available! Dr Green entered the room with an assistant and a visiting doctor from Kenya
