I have always been pleased with the services performed by Computer Experts. They are helpful and competent. They live up to their name "Computer Experts". They recently upgraded my Windows 10 PC and did everything I asked them to do. They installed a new graphics card, installed a more powerful PSU, cloned my existing SATA system drive SSD to a new larger capacity NVME SSD, and enabled a BIOS setting that will allow me to upgrade to Windows 11 sometime in the future. I am truly super annoyed at this point. i took my computer to them because i had some video and picture files missing Jeremy told me he would try restoring them with in 24 to 48 hrs at the cost of 65 $. they had my computer for a full 48 hrs i was told that they are going to run some program over the weekend , Monday morning i got a phone call that my computer was crashing and they are trying to fix it . i gave you my computer working and not crashing so that means its something that you guys did . I went in to get my computer on Monday evening i was told my bill is 130 $ so i am paying you to

Had an issue with our small business server that the original technician couldn't resolve out after spending 5+ hours. I was scared that it may require redoing the whole system. That meant down time, extra costs and possible loss of data, and spending extra time putting-in lost data.
In comes Justin, fixes the issue in 40 odd minutes. Very swift, very efficient. Almost no down time, no loss of data and very reasonable price. These guys know what they are doing.

Ive had the same used Toshiba I bought from them 6 years ago. Ive gone to them a handful of times since then for varying supportin my laptop to needing a headset. Each time getting a remedy sometimes free if charged or otherwise at a low rate with problem gone. Love them

Took my laptop on Friday because it wouldn't turn on. Told them I bought it less than a year ago and that it was probably still under warranty but that I also had a protection plan for two years on it. I wanted to try someone local though because the company I bought my laptop at doesn't have a store in Florida. They told me that it wasn't a problem, they would look at it and check the warranty, then call me on Monday.
Monday comes and I don't hear from them. At 4pm I call them to check the status of my laptop and they tell me that they are just now putting it on the workbench to look at. Jeremy
