We have continued to purchase our furniture from Skeen Furniture over the past 20+ years. We choose to do so because the quality of the products and the customer service are always top-notch. Appears to have nice quality furniture. However after we relocated a few of our items were damaged during the move. We went in too shop to replace what the movers damaged. We looked for about an hour, and other than an associate waving at us from across the store we were never approached or asked to be assisted. We left and have since replaced all of our items online.
