Tru-Tech will Warranty any item replaced in it's shop IF; The device is still in the same condition as when the customer left the shop. Meaning we can't replace any parts that have been damaged by the user such as a screen re-breaking or water damage, as this is not a factory default. I needed a new battery and when I found out how much it costs on Amazon, plus the special tools I would need, I looked up who had the best google reviews and brought it to Tru-Tech. It ended up being done in short order and probably cheaper than if I had tried, and I emphasize TRIED, to do it myself.
I can see why the google reviews are so good. When I first went in and spoke to the tech, I knew I was in the right place. I have a good instinct when it comes to reading a person I am doing business with and throughout this repair I got only good, friendly service and good vibes.

Just used these guys to replace the glass on the back of my iPhone X Max-great service! The guys working were helpful, kind, and attentive! I dropped my phone off and did some grocery shopping at Walmart. Price was competitive and the service was wonderful! Absolutely recommend and will be using again-great work guys!

I was in the store for a screen repair on my phone Saturday 8/07/2021 and a gentleman named Kevin helped me, oh my God he is a wonderful man he’s one of a kind he worked with me for about an hour to get my phone straight even thou it was no help for it. Check this business out and ask for Kevin I’m very very pleased.

I love this place! I called this morning with a problem with my phone that was caused by a different repair shop. Travis was understanding of the situation and very friendly! He estimated the repair time at 3 minutes but it was less! I expected the cost to be in the 100's but it was less than $35. I was so impressed and relieved. These phones are so expensive and it's hard to find a place you can trust. I will definitely be returning for ALL my cellphone needs!! Thanks Travis @ Tru-Tech
