Really upset with this place. While they are nice people, they are also equally incompetent. I paid for notary and for a packet to be sent out certified mail on 1/11. I checked tracking today and it said there was a label error and the store wound up just sending this out on 1/18. This is info in regards to my mother's passing that was time sensitive. I called the store, they apologized and said that the woman who did the order put the wrong label on and it was sent back. This was the one thing I needed to do urgently and they failed me, big. I was told the packet would get there in 2-3 days and

My girlfriend shipped some of her mothers (who has recently passed) belongings back to Ohio. When we recieved the boxes ALL of them items we broken. The boxes were tattered and ripped. Picture frames and family heirlooms shattered. The boxes were clearly marked fragile, but it seemed like they couldn't care less. I recommend only using this service if you plan on shipping pillows or bouncy balls.

I love the girls who work here! They are always professional, sweet and they pack just fine. I have shipped many items for my business and have never had a problem. If the package is damaged, it is usually the shipping company-UPS, FEDEX or the USPS handling of the package. Can't say enough about these ladies! A++++ work!
