Uniform Express

I parked at handicap parking because my vehicle had a tag for it. As soon as I came in I said hello to the lady making shirts she was very rude … she said so done will be with u ma’am. Than a man came. Looked out said said move your vehicle. I said to him I have a sticker. He said I don’t like your attitude. I said to him I don’t have one. I own a business I came here to buy stuff. He rudely said I don’t care you can leave my business. Mind u I called on the phone he was rude already when I ask for pant. I own a business he should not be allowed to have one of his own. Beware beware beware

Very poor professionalism. They screwed up several orders and most recently left me with the wrong items and insisted that is what I gave them. Even the owner has no intentions of righting any wrongs. Business lost.

Had my Monroe Ambulance gear ready to go in no time. Even tho I’m a rookie on the force, Uniform Express had me looking like a seasoned vet in no time. I look forward to doing future business with them. Cannot recommend them enough!

It’s becoming more uncommon for a business to excel equally in quality and customer service. Uniform express is not common as they exceeded my expectations in both areas. Great people - great service.

Woke up to a very unprofessional phone call from Brian yesterday explaining that the company I work for no longer has a partnership with them for the purchase of boots. Mind you this was weeks ago that I had gotten the boots... why didn’t they say something when I went to leave with them? I did not realize this but it wasn’t a big ordeal. I was more than willing to pay for them however the tone of the phone call was very passive/aggressive. From Brian talking over me and stating “He wasn’t going to wait 45 days for the boots to be paid for” and then demanding my debit card info... Just

If your sign says that you're open until 5pm, then someone should
be there until 5pm. I don't like wasting my time driving all the way to Gates, to arrive at 4:40pm, only to find it closed already! Not only did I have to leave work early to get over there, now I'm stuck driving an extra 10 miles in peak traffic... Thanks Uniform Express!

Made to order with screen printing and embroidery. Turn around time is good. Majority of their work seems to be public safety and sports. Either way they do good work.

If I could give this place more than five stars I absolutely would, I got the chance to work with one of the owners named Brian. He showed me around to some items that he thought would interest me and was dead on everything there was extremely quality and I walked out same day with everything I needed couldn't ask for a better experience

I have purchased clothing, boots and miscellaneous emergency type gear from this store. Brian the owner is a very sincere person, he remembers your name and is always honest with price and his opinion on quality of items he sells. The rest of the staff are just good wholesome polite people, its good old fashion business practices that make you feel invited. Keep up the excellent work and I will always return, thank you.

I am president of an academic club at RIT, and Brian at Uniform Express has helped us get affordable, quality apparel to advertise our club for the past two years. They meet deadlines well and are very professional and helpful!
