I originally called Chris Muzzy's office and spoke to Andrea as I was shopping around for a quote on my snowmobile. As we were going over the quote I made it clear that I would only be needing insurance on the machine for January, February, and March. Andrea assured me I could insure it for the entire 12 months for $570 and I confirmed I was not interested in that quote. I stated that I again only wanted to insure the machine for 3 months. She said they have no option to take it on and off so I would just need to call and cancel the policy at anytime and I would not be charged anything additional

Chris has been FANTASTIC! She helped my family with all of my insurance needs, but most importantly our life insurance. She walked us thru every step and answered all of our questions. The staff at her office was very kind and relayed any messages I had for Chris ASAP. Her response time was great, and she even scheduled my health exam at my home for me! I highly recommend her.

Very poor service and unbelievably unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend Chris Muzzy to anyone. I sell cars for a living. My nephew came to buy a car from me on Tuesday and happened to have this insurance agent. When we went to add this car to his insurance two things happened: First, it took 45 minutes before someone answered the phone and two, I found out his current cost for his old 2003 Ford Taurus. They had been charging him about 40.00 too much based on his age and EXCELLENT credit score. This threw up a red flag to me, plus remember this is MY FAMILY MEMBER. I told the agent that current

I am very happy with Chris and her office staff. I had a situation that I wasn't aware of until one of her team members brought it to my attention. I spoke with Chris about it, and she had it taken care of immediately. I appreciate all of their hard work, and they definitely had my best interest at heart.
