We were there at 11:15 for mother inlaw appt. She was prescribed 2 meds one was an topical ointmint and a spray for the area with hair. We went to pick up medicine and it had not been called in yet. I call from the pharmacy and got recordings. Came home called the pharmacy 3 more times followed by calling your office could not ever get a real person. Now it is 4: 45. My husband went by to pick up hisoma meds still had not been called in. So I called again. Now mom won't have her meds all weekend this is very unprofessional. Not happy.

As a new patient, the scheduling of an appointment has been so difficult that I just cancelled altogether! I initially called and asked for a female doctor and a Botox appointment. They called me a few days before the appointment to reschedule because my appointment was with Dr. Gordon Rainey and he didn’t do Botox! So, I got rescheduled with Dr. Christy Rainey for the 28th at 10:30. They called a few days later to confirm my appointment at 9:45 and said I never had an appointment at 10:30?? I also have been unable to access the patient portal. Don’t know if the security code or the physician

I’ve struggled with a severe skin condition for almost 14 years. It was to the point I had to wear wigs before I was even 30 years old. After having different drs putting me on and off of steroids and trying the same topicals that never worked, I was absolutely ready to just give up and stop trying. I’m SO thankful Dr. Rainey was referred to me! She has been so great! She took the time to really exam me, diagnose and treat the issue I’ve fought for almost had of my life. ALSO, another AMAZING thing about her end her entire office is the fact that my insurance didn’t want to pay for the

After years of seeing multiple doctors, trying OTC products and spending hundreds of dollars—- I sought treatment with Dr. Christy Rainey. My experience with her has been life changing. From the moment she assessed my skin, I knew that she was very knowledgeable and really understood that she was my last hope. Here I am months later and my skin is the clearest it’s been in years. Thanks to Dr. Rainey. If you’re second guessing seeing her, investing your time with her or spending your money, I can tell you that it would all be worth it.

Visited via SkyMD. It’s nice to have a dermatologist actually listen to my past experience and all the research I’ve done. In my experience, dermatologists are usually very dismissive of any research you have done on your condition. Some of us care enough to educate oursleves on skin health! Very pleased to see that this derm respects that effort. Highly recommended.

I used the online service through SkyMD because my dermatologist in Houston couldn't see me for 2+ weeks. The online/video service was great! No travel time, no waiting room, and only missed 5 minutes of work for my video call. Prescription was ready to pick up that day and I was even provided a coupon to reduce the cost of my Rx. Doctor was thorough and very responsive. Will definitely use again for appointments that do not require a 3D" face to face visit.

This was my first experience with Dr. Rainey and her office. I was about to get in quick because of a cancelled appointment. I was impressed with how on-time my appointment was and how fast I went from the waiting room on back. Dr. Rainey is very knowledgeable with Psoriasis and asked several questions to find the perfect medicine she wanted to prescribe to me. She was very kind and helpful throughout the appointment making me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

It was actually my husbands FOLLOW UP appt. Ms. Schaffer was not the doctor that first treated my husband. ( I was told she commutes on an infrequent basis from SanAntonio) The follow up was ok and took about 10min. My problem was a question that I asked, and how it was answered. I was pretty offended. Now understand, I was not trying to get a free doctors appointment. I said "Do you guys ever do a skin check clinic? Like on certain days? " She looked over at me kind of strange, and It was an awkward silence so I said " a lady with diagnosed skin cancer grabbed my arm the other

I went to Dr. Shaffer because of a concern related to my skin. It took me 6 weeks to get in. I was a first time patient, so I expected the doctor to come in and at least pretend to be nice; didn't happen.
I am not from the Branson area, so to create conversation, I asked if she was from here. She was quick to answer, "Yes, born and raised, but I don't live here, I live in Texas. I come here once a month, but have no intention on staying here.".
Wow.
I don't know, I've been to plenty of physicians in my time, but this doctor has the worst bed side manner I&apos
