Cardinal Planning & Design is a woman owned business certified by the WBENC and the Louisville Metro Human Relations Commission. Richard oversees land surveying services at Cardinal Surveying.
ALTA/ACSM Surveys - We have extensive experience with American Land Title Association surveys and their requirements. Please do not hesitate to call for details. Boundary Surveys We will research the recorded records for you and your neighbor's property. Utilizing this research we will mark your boundary as well as produce a drawing of our final opinion.

When I needed a survey in a shorter amount of time, they tried to charge me $3000 for something Id had done in the past for around $475.00. Taken aback, I probably could have used a better choice of wording for the response I gave, and for that I apologise, but feel like they tried to take advantage of a situation with me and rip me off. Not going to use them for any account, but I know their work is good, even if their practices were not.

I needed an Elevation Certificate recently and contacted Cardinal Surveying for help. The process was handled professionally from start to finish. Kathy and Richard addressed any questions I had promptly and in language I could understand. The survey crew was equally professional, punctual, and polite. Cost for services performed was reasonable. Very happy with the experience. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.
