We are passionate about teaching scuba at a level that is fun, informative and safe. We want to expose people to the amazing diversity of marine life in both fresh and salt water while at the same time teaching divers about an environment that can benefit from their care - one dive at a time.
Since 1978 Sunken Treasure Scuba Center has been serving divers in North Central Pennsylvania, follow us over the years as we have grown into the premier scuba center in the area. We started with a small store in Jersey Shore to serve the growing number of scuba divers in our area. We not only offered PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) certified scuba courses but also a full line of scuba equipment from Dacor.
From group to private lessons using a traditional book to eLearning we have you covered. Yes, you can. The idea of breathing while actually underneath the water can be a bit intimidating at first. But with a little nose for adventure and a few hours of training, most people in good health can become confident divers; safe and competent ready to explore the world beneath the water.
The PADI Adventure Diver course helps you get more out of diving by introducing you to new types of scuba diving adventures. Its a great opportunity to work with your instructor to build your scuba diving skills and gain more confidence. That's what the PADI Adventure Diver course is all about. And no, you don't have to be advanced to take it it.
PADI Rescue Diver Course."Challenging" and "rewarding" best describe the PADI Rescue Diver course. Building upon what you've already learned, this course expands on what you already know about how to prevent problems, and how to manage them if they occur. The Fun Part The fun part about this course is rising to challenges and mastering them.

Rich is has by far the greatest custom service I have ever had the please to receive. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I took my diver course with him over two years ago and he remembered me and my family. I go to his shop for all my scuba needs. I could not be more pleased with what he does. THANK YOU RICH!
