I don't ever write reviews but Mary is beyond deserving of one. Initially I called her wanting nothing more than a consultation. I have been struggling with chin hair for a little over 2 years now and I reached out to her when I finally had enough of it. I would be plucking constantly, always with a tweezer in my wallet or pocket. To say that this affected my confidence as a young 20 year old is an understatement.

First i will say, (i went in to remove hair above my beard line on upper cheeks and some on my ears) The woman is very nice and professional and im not accusing her of anything.
During consultation you are told that hair grows in stages etc. and it takes "several" treatments to begin seeing results... (Also, that there are two types of electrolysis)...
After several months, hundreds later, and around 10 visits i am very disappointed. The treatments were painful and did not ultimately reduce hair satisfactorily.
i took a chance on this process with high expectations which sadly didnt pan out

Mary is the best! she is highly skilled and knowledgeable about the different methods of electrolysis. She keeps up on her skills, attending seminars. She cares about you as an individual and what you want to accomplish. Mary is very low pressure and educates you about what she is doing. She will never treat you like a dollar sign or make you feel embarrassed. She is very flexible with her scheduling; weekends and evenings! Make sure you look for her Groupon!
