Comprehensive Audiometric Hearing Evaluations are available for adults and children. Testing includes hearing threshold measurement in a large sound-controlled booth, with additional evaluation including tympanometry and otoacoustic emissions, as needed. Our ground-level office is wheelchair accessible and the testing booth is equipped with a short ramp for easy entrance.
There are several steps that are part of a Hearing Aid Evaluation. If you suspect that you might need a hearing aid, you will first need to have an audiometric evaluation. At the time of the audiometric evaluation, a case history will be taken to determine how much your hearing problem impacts your day-to-day life as well as the lives of your family.
Once you have selected your hearing aids after an evaluation, your audiologist will program them based on a prescription to meet your hearing needs. This appointment will generally take at least one hour. It is also a good idea to bring a family member or close friend to the hearing aid fitting so they can help remember all the information that is given and be a support to you.

Barbara has been my audiologist for 2 years now. She is very professional, knowledgeable in her field and patiently answers any questions I might have about my hearing and different hearing aids. On all my follow-up visits she has been thorough, kind and compassionate. I am so glad my friend recommended her.

Barbara is friendly and very professional. She takes the time to ensure you understand your hearing evaluation fully. She goes over a wide range of options for hearing aids and works with your insurance company which makes it simple. My husband and I had an excellent experience and highly recommend her!

Barbara Feehan is a top shelf audiologist! Wasn't sure what to expect from my first time with hearing aids but the experience could not have been better! From start to finish, Barbara was pleasant, understanding and took the time to fine tune these wonderful hearing aids. Widex aids are amazing instruments and Barbara knows how to get the most out of them to match your needs. Mine came with four follow up visits included in the price and a great warranty. If you want great hearing aids and the best service, this is the lady to see!
