This is a long overdue review for my mole removal with Dr.Khan. I had my mole removed back in April 2021 and I am so glad I chose GentleCare. I did a lot of research and called many places in Irvine/Newport but GentleCare is the only place that left a good first "phone" impression for me. Considering laser hair removal? Confused by all the different places and where to go I was. GentleCare is the second place I have tried and they provide great results. You are coached on what pre-care needs to be done to help them give you the results you desire. During treatment there is active discussion to help distract from the usually mild stings, but remember you wanted this! The technician is wonderful and yes at times there has been a small wait for your appointment. I consider the wait minimal since I want them to be thorough on my treatment and sometimes it goes over a few minutes

I have had my second visit.and will be going too my 3rd. For mole removal and laser Tx.. And I am so glad I choose this office. I really feel welcomed , Dr. Khan has made my visits comfortable, he takes the time too explain every thing in detail. with no pressure. I have been coming here to Brenda for quite some time. She is awesome. Very knowledgeable and really tries to distract you from the laser zaps lol! It's not the most comfortable thing but she makes it as pleasant as possible! I also did a quick laser with Dr. Kahn. He is so nice, friendly and really explains everything. I will be going back for some IPL. Highly recommend this facility, they definitely know what they are doing and I trust them!

Dr. Khan was super friendly, well spoken, and explained things very well. He definitely gave me realistic expectations as far as what to expect pain wise, result wise, and gave me different options as far as pricing goes. Basically, the quicker and more pain-free you want the process to be, the more you will pay. Keep in mind that you have to wait a couple months in between sessions, so if you are in a rush to get rid of something, get started sooner rather than later. Also, the bigger and darker the tattoo, the more sessions it will take. Makes you want the rethink that

Tomorrow is my second session for a Brazilian laser hair removal. I wanted to wait the full time period in between my first and second session to write a review so that I could write the best review of my experience.
Brenda did amazing with my first session. She made sure I was okay throughout the entire process and also paused once when I needed it. I also thought the stress ball was a nice touch and more helpful than I thought it would be.

I had my first appointment for laser hair removal on my face. Brenda was amazing and extremely knowledgeable not only about the procedure but other medical questions as well. She answered all my questions and informed me extremely well of what to expect. The clinic was very clean and tidy, I felt very comfortable. I bought a Groupon laser hair removal package for 6 sessions. The treatment worked but the laser machine that this facility uses was rather painful. I've gone to numerous laser hair removal clinics and this was by far the most painful. This was not the problem. The problem I had with this clinic was that the receptionist/scheduler did not tell me that I had used up all the Groupon sessions .. knowing this, she still proceeded to schedule me for a 7th visit to deviously charge me the full amount on the 7th visit. Dr. Khan and his Aesthetic practice are incredible! I have been coming here for the last few years for various spa treatments from botox to tattoo removal. I am blown away by the results we have gotten specifically with my wrist tattoo. See attached pics! Dr. Khan and his staff are very kind, professional and best of all -reasonably priced! You guys saved me from the nightmare I experienced at Laser Away!! I'm sooo happy with my results and I've only done one session. I thought the hair on my treated area had reduced to 70% but honestly by looking at it right now I have to say it's more like 85%. 10/10 Recommend. The best in the industry!
