Services
CrossCourt Law was founded in Lake Forest by Michael Fischer (pronounced Mikel) to better handle companies' and institutions' day-to-day legal needs. Michael was born and raised in France, graduated summa cum laude from undergraduate school, and earned his law degree from the University of Southern California in 1997.
Responding to new employment regulations, CrossCourt Law, on ten days' notice, prepared new employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and job descriptions for 452 employees at a manufacturing company in order to comply with legal requirements and deter employment law claims.

After the California ARLB filed a lawsuit against a legal cannabis grower, CrossCourt Law stepped in for the grower and quickly reached an agreement by which the grower could resume operations without interruption, pay no fine, and make no admissions of wrongdoing.
Michael is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. My company has retained his services for the past few years, during which time, he has consistently provided fantastic advice regarding a wide variety of legal matters. Quite simply, if you are searching for a fantastic attorney, then look no further than Michael.
Corporate law is the body of state and federal rules that govern your business. It determines everything from your rights in all of your contracts, to your obligations to your employees, to how you can collect money from your customers. Failure to understand and abide by corporate laws is the downfall of many businesses.
