Reiki (Pronounced Ray-key), is a form of energy healing. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes deep healing. Reiki was discovered by Mikao Usui in 1922 and was brought to the United States in the 1940's. During a session, the client lies fully clothed on a treatment table.
