Dumpster Service Report
Billing is done monthly, during your current service period. If we do not receive your payment by the 15th of the following month a $3.50 finance fee will be added to your account. If after 30 days of nonpayment, services will be stopped until payment is made. We will not credit your account for any missed pick-up days due to lack of payment.
Information Report
Curbside Residential customers are allowed 6 cans or 12 bags per week of household consumable trash. Please limit weight to 50 pounds per can. Also, please be sure that all trash is bagged properly. If using 90 gallon roll out carts all trash has to be bagged. We will pick up 1 large item per year free of charge such as a couch or matress.

My husband left a trailer infront of my garbage so the garbage guys couldn't get to my dumpster...they jumped out with no question and said dont worry we can push it. They go the extra mile and are so nice!! Definitely a 5 star company

I just wanna give a shout out to our garbage man!! I have no idea who he is as I'm always gone when he comes to pick up our trash. I occasionally forget to put the garbage out on trash day and he always takes the time to pull up my driveway to my house and empty my trash can. I appreciate it so much!! What a great company with awesome employees!! I've never had such great service. I'm very thankful for my garbage man!! ❤👍🏻

We have been with Knox Disposal since 2006, we have had great service and the workers are good about shutting the lids so the animals don't get in. They are always on time and friendly, i would definitely recommend this company.

Very fast, very friendly. I never pay full price for anything , and they had the cheapest trash removal around. I won't go anywhere else.
