I rented a little over a hundred gold chivari chairs from this place and had no problems at all. I had to add more chairs last minute and they got it done for me. The chairs looked beautiful at my wedding. This company has the most reasonable prices! Dan thank you so much for your great service for our event recently.

We rented the white garden chairs to use at Deer Valley in Deer Grove and they looked stunning all on their own! We did purchase the delivery fee which guaranteed their company to set up the chairs (they came around 10AM) and tear down the chairs (came the next morning). They checked with me when they arrived to get further instructions on how I wanted the chairs set up, and then they got to work. Easy payments were made online and all communication for us was made through email for easy tracking/remembering!

Great rental company! I rented the wooden cross back chairs for a small wedding at home. The chairs were beautiful, affordable, and fit our decor perfectly. We had them delivered and picked up which made it so much easier to rent. Communication was also fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental company!

When we started planning our wedding in the spring of 2019, we had no idea what the world would look like in 2020. What was originally an order to rent some chairs ended up changing numerous times, requiring different quotes and invoices, before landing on our final order, which ended up involving much more than we originally had in mind. I rented gold chivari chairs from Step it Up this past weekend for my wedding. They were a true pleasure to deal with! They came from Hebron to Milwaukee, WI to deliver the chairs and pick them up. They were on time, polite, and brought chairs in perfect condition. Throughout the entire process I found Dan and Corrine to be responsive, reasonable and pleasant. Their online contracting and payment system makes everything seamless and easy to use. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to everyone I know and using them again for my next event. Great company to work with! The cross back chairs we rented for our daughtet’s wedding looked like new. We had ivory seat cushions which were also in great shape. The lady who I talked with on the phone was always friendly and helpful. Everything was delivered and picked up promptly. Also had great prices! We will use them in the future.

My sister had a rental agreement since April. My niece’s 15th birthday was yesterday and they didn’t show up. They were super unprofessional. They told us that 2 workers were sick and they were behind on orders. That’s understandable UNTIL our guests started to arrive and we had no tables or chairs. They claimed to call us to “let us know” that they weren’t going to make it which is false because I had 3 separate people call and it went straight to voicemail. I usually never leave bad reviews but this is super unprofessional. Our party started at 6:30 and we didn’t find another company
