Attended an "Overlocker User Course" run by an external expert. It was excellent, 5 students each sat at an Overlocker. We were taught by explanation, demonstration and practice Peppered with very useful tips. I never knew you could do sooo much on an Overlocker.

Always helpful staff.
They have a vast array of buttons,really good range of fabrics at competitive prices and when they are not too busy they are really take time to give helpful suggestions, ideas and even bounce creative thoughts about to help with a project.
They also sell sewing machines and help with repairs

A treasure trove for people who are into needlecrafts. This is a really traditional store with friendly staff. It reminded me of shopping with my mum half a century ago. There is all manner of useful stuff here - ribbons, buttons, fabrics, thread, sewing boxes, and much more.
