TOOK MY LAPTOP IN TO GET FIXED AND THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY ORDERED THE WRONG SCREEN. THEN THE NEXT DAY THEY CALLED AND SAID I HAVE A SPECIAL SCREEN AND ITS GOING TO ANOTHER 100 DOLLARS. SO I HESITANTLY SAID OK. THEN JUSTIN TEXT SAYING THEY CANT GET THE SCREEN. NOW MY LAPTOP IS IN 2 PIECES AND ITS MISSING THE SCREEN SCREWS. NOW NO ONES WANTS TO TOUCH IT.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND UNLESS I TOOK THE LAPTOP IN THE 2 SEPARATE PIECES. HE ALSO OFFERS CAMERA INSTALLATIONS SO I HOPE HE HAS AN OREGON ELECTRICAL LICENSE TO INSTALL THEM OR I WILL BE TURNING HIM IN

Reached out to Agility Computers to help with a problem on our security system they installed several years ago. They showed up within 2 days and replaced the DVR for us and got us up and running! Excellent customer service and highly recommended! Thanks!

Yeah save yourself the time. Don't come here. They ordered the wrong screen for my computer. Told me that it wouldn't cost any extra to get the right screen. Just take a little more time. Then they called asked for an extra 100$ to get the screen. Ok whatever. I paid. Then they say that they can't find the screen from their vendors. It's a special screen. Ok they are a smaller business. BUT WHEN I COME TO PICK UP MY COMPUTER (mind you the screen defect wasn't anything too bad. It just bothered me) IT WAS IN 2 PEICES. just unprofessional. I was told I could pick it up today

Justin came over even though he didn't have to. He spent a good amount of time with us and working on the computer. What was wrong was fixed and we had a great experience learning from him. Thanks again Justin. If you

A neighbor and I have both had Justin help with our problem computers. He has accommodated our schedules and done a great job for a reasonable price.

Best camera install EVER. I only had to pay $700 for 8 cameras which is a crazy price!! The owner Justin was a very helpful guy that made sure I liked what I got, and helped me set up the phone app so I could see my cameras from anywhere on my phone! The installation crew was just purely amazing they were the two nicest young men I have ever met in my life. The two guys that came out were so talented and fast it amazed me! They also helped me with anything I asked even if it didn't relate with cameras. If you need cameras I would definitely recommend Agility Computers the service

I was referred to Agility for some security cameras. The owner Justin was super friendly, helpful and very professional. I purchased a set of 4 cameras from his company about a little over a year ago and they work great. My DVR recently stopped working and Justin replaced it for free and even came out to my house to reinstall it and to make sure that everything was working properly. A few months later I decided to purchased 2 more cameras since the other ones we’re working just fine. Sad to say that that was a big mistake because somehow it messed up the whole system and two of the other cameras

I have been a customer since 2005. I have bought 2 computers from Agility. I have gone other places for computer service and was disappointed. I have never been disappointed with Justin or their service and products. I just bought a Dell computer, printer/fax/scanner from Justin. my computer I sadly put to rest was 19 years old. Agility did the major upgrades since 2005. My laptop I bought from Agility in 2011 works great because of Justin. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Over the years, I've purchased a couple of computers from Justin at Agility Computers. He was able to provide me with some excellently performing laptops that excessed from Corporations. After replacing the hard drive with a solid state drive (SSD), I can say that both of these computers are both reliable and fast.
I have also had Justin install a four-camera security system on my house. Everything worked as promised. The installation took about 3 hours, but in the end all of the wires are tucked behind my eves and not noticeable from the street.

I wish i would have researched this guy before hiring him for starters it's against labor laws to have minors doing this type of work had i known he was taking advantage of these kids i would have said no.there is a thin line between deception and truth and he's a pro at not revealing the entire truth without actually lying.i would not recommend doing business with this company. A 17 year old is not knowledgeable enough to dp a job like this unsupervised.not to mention it's against labor laws

Was looking to replace my old computer but didn't need something brand new. Got a nicely priced refurbished corporate computer and reasonably priced upgrades for more RAM and a larger hard drive. The day after I started setting up I had a glitch in my CD/DVD drive and took it back in. Justin fixed my error in less than 10 minutes. The glitch was my own mistake when adding a second CD/DVD drive and got my wires crossed. Excellent service but probably won't be back, at least until I need to buy something else. LOL

My computer was running really slow and it was freezing up. I contacted Agility Computers because they are very close to my house. Justin told me that he could come to my house or I could bring it into him. I chose to bring it in. I found Justin to be very likable, very competent and very accommodating He got my computer back to me in less than one day (which was important given the fact that it is a business computer ). After Justin cleaned up my computer, itruns as fast as the first day that I bought it. I also found his prices to be really reasonable. I'm very happy with Agility Computers

This business has really impressed me. They are helpful, knowledgeable and extremely dependable. Anytime I have a question Justin is the Man to go to! He answers any questions I have and remains patient and understanding no matter what I am asking of him. He has saved me many hours fixing all of my technical issues and is quite the Tech-Savvy Guru.

If you are looking for someone honest and fair who won't overcharge. Go to Justin!! I recommend him to everyone :)

I honestly don't see what the other reviewer's are talking about, I've been a returning customer for awhile and I've honestly been very satisfied.

Justin has always been very courteous and humble towards his customers, he always seems to be happy and smiling. He's so dedicated to his job he would even go so far as to interrupt his lunch to make a sale!

I bought two computers from him, first a $100 desktop and secondly a $150 laptop, sadly the laptop ended up failing, luckily it was before the two month return policy ended and Justin honored it in full.

I searched Yelp and this company has 5 horrible reviews in the open and a bunch of 5 stars that Yelp decided weren't relevant. Anyway, I'm glad I didn't believe Yelp. I went in today to buy a $300 computer and he said you'd be better off with this $189 computer. We chatted about stuff and the owner knows a lot. He saved me a couple hundred and I have a great computer with no bloat and already upgraded to Windows 10 and running perfectly. I hope this review doesn't make it to the irrelevant section of Yelp.

We have gone to Justin and Agility Computers since 2009 and have bought several used computers and just recently a Laptop from him. We always get a great product at a great price, and his customer service is excellent. He values that we are return customers, and always does good by us! We highly recommend Agility Computers.

The worst company I've ever hired. Save yourself.
1. Came with white staples for black wire Then acted surprised when I wanted black to help hide black wire.
2. Said they would be done in 3 hours not even halfway after 5.
3. Broke my property then refused to replace. Also denied breaking.
4. Didn't apologize.
5. Literally paid them just to get them off my property.
6. Worried about safety of my place after they hung cameras. Nothing would surprise me from this group.

I gave 1 star only because I had to check something. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company, namely Justin. I ordered security cameras to be installed. The day before I was to have the service I had a major catastrophe in my life and had to cancel the order. I had no other option. He gave me a very hard time. He told me that compared to his problems mine was very "minute". That's his words. I had to pay in advance and there was nothing in my paperwork that said I could not cancel. I paid $474.00 and he made me pay a $100.00 cancellation fee. I feel this is very poor business

I REALLY wanted to like these guys, I promise. I had an 8-channel camera system that I wanted installed in my home without paying 1000+. Justin told me that he does a relatively bare bones install and would run all cables up under the eaves of my house and would make it look clean and tight. I was thrilled.

I was unable to be present during the install but my boyfriend was there and it did not sound as if Justin was willing to do what he and I had discussed without much coaxing. There were many, "we don't usually do this...." comments that were relayed to me but really those were

Love this place. Bought my laptop here and then a year and a half later got my laptop repaired here. You gotta trust the person working on your computer and Justin is great. I tell all my friends to go here.

Bought used products under the assumption that they were good as we were told they worked. Nothing we bought from them worked! My husband called and asked about return, replacement or refund and they refused to stand behind their word or their sales.
We were deceived - we were lied to and lost good money on junk they sold to us. There is no defending those who cheat others.
