Ravinder and Jeff wanted to make something more than the usual accounting or tax firm. These two men didn't want their expertise in tax, accounting, and business to possibly be used for owners of companies that care little to none about the clients they worked for. Moreover, they didn't want to continue letting anyone have their taxes and accounting performed by the companies we see in television commercials.
