They did a great job! Very professional and personable. They were a referral from a neighbor who is their long time client, I was very happy with their service. I have two dogs and a cat, four people including 10 year old with many friends coming in and out. There is dirt in part of my side yard where the children play. My wall to wall carpet is a light oatmeal color. So everything shows. Tom was recommended by a neighbor. I have used other services in the past, but not been very pleased. So I tried Chem-Dry of Lodi.
He was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. This is his business, so he cares.
My carpet was clean and NOT Soggy. Best carpet cleaning experience ever.

We're moving into a new home in Lodi and I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before our furniture is moved in. I saw the good reviews and called Chem-Dry. So glad I did! Friendly and professional service. Tom even gave me tips of what to use on the type of flooring in the new home. I will be using them again!

Tom and his staff are amazing! They came and cleaned our sectional, dining chairs, area rug and accent chair and they did an awesome job! Everything looks and feels like new! Great service is hard to find these days and I'm thankful to have found this company. My sister in law used them as well and had the same experience. I will be using them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are priced very competitive and their service is the decision maker! Thanks again chem-dry!

I'm very pleased with Chem-Dry of Lodi and the service that Tom provided. After further discussing my carpet needs, Tom suggested something that actually saved me a bit of money from the original quote. The carpets looked amazing when he was done, and they were so nice and fresh. I would gladly have Tom return in the future, and I've already recommended him to others.
