You can contact All American Surveying and provide information about the property you need surveyed, for example: acreage / abstract # or subdivision & lot # / improvements / current owners name / address / site condition ( i.e. wooded, brushy, bare, etc.) and we will do some research and get back to you with an estimate on time and costs.

Don't use this company! Katy hung up on me and they are refusing to sign a survey that I paid for that they provided to me. I have been holding the land for years and now when I need the survey to sell it, I realized the electronic survey sent to me is not signed. Now they are saying that they will not sign it and want to charge $900 to do a new one so I paid them for nothing.

I love the staff the way they handle their business real professional. They respond in a fast manner, help and answer any questions go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their service . Of 5 places I called before choosing and surveyor, this was by far the RUDEST most difficult short and complicated place. If business is run anything like their reception, I chose to just NEVERMIND and go someplace else. I would recommend Whilhite or D. West based on initial reactions. Getting surveys done is difficult and complicated enough, spare yourself the added aggravations.

This is absolutely the best surveying company in Cooke County. I close loans all over Texas, and my surveyor experiences have come with mixed results.
I gave All American a chance based on a referral, and am I glad I did! Katie was so professional, as well as, their staff. They were very responsive, but did not over-promise...but they did over-deliver!
If you need a quick and reliable surveyor, you just found one.

I ordered three separate surveys to divide 34 acres for a seller I represented. All three were paid for at closing on the sale of the first parcel. Months after the closing, the client was then billed for a mysterious $300 charge for services I had not ordered for this client - it was extra staking requested by the buyer of the first parcel. That buyer insisted on the seller employing All American, as according to his Realtor, he had a long standing relationship and they would give us a good price. The price did seem reasonable for the actual surveying and it seems they did a good job. Why my client
