Hot-Applied Crack Sealants time and time again have proven to be the longest lasting crack sealants on the market. In a recent study the sealant Circle C Pavement uses, demonstrated the longest service life when 50% of other sealants tested "failed" the study.
At Circle C Paving, our Mastic crack seal solution is designed for large cracks and distressed surface areas that are too small for repaving. We use it mostly to fill distresses. This self-adhesive ridged asphalt binder is pourable and versatile hot-applied. It contains selected aggregate to ensure good load bearing and skid resistant characteristics.
Asphalt sealer is tar that has been emulsified to be water soluble. Your parking lot is made of a careful mixture of sand, rock and tar. The sun, rain and other elements have been stripping and depleting the top surface of your parking lot for years. Applying an asphalt seal coat every 3 - 6 years is the best way to keep your asphalt from decaying.
