Thank you for your interest in our winery! We are open our normal hours. We will be wearing face masks and shields for your protection, but understand you would not be able to wear one and do our free tastings. We will have our slushie machine set up with one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic flavor that changes weekly until the end of summer.
Winery overlooks this picturesque vineyard, which supplies the grapes for all estate wines. Everyone is going stir crazy at this point. Bring your two legged and four legged children with you to stretch their legs and get some fresh air. We are excited to announce the return of our Malbec, Foofurah!

Services
This fruity Malbec is full bodied, but low in tannins to make it a perfect wine for drinking by itself on the couch during movie night or paired with wonderful meals ranging from braised lamb to PB&J. This Catawba wine has the traditional foxy flavor of it's grape. It's definitely an everyday food kind of wine pairing with bbq, fried chicken, or a burger.

This hidden gem is literally off the beaten (hilly) path! We were looking for a winery on our way from Indianapolis to Louisville & this is where our GPS took us. TRUST the GPS. Even when you feel like your partner is driving you out in the middle of no where to dump your body! Ha
We never caught the gentleman's name who waited on us, taught us about his wine and about some history of the area, but he was the true gem!
We will definitely find the time to make our way back here.

Hunters Ridge Winery is a great place to go and relax. We simply love the owners! They're very knowledgeable on their wines, such as the type of grapes for the different wines and great pairings. They also, pour nice pours for their tastings. We truly enjoyed our time sitting out, on the porch sipping wine and talking to their other customers. Great Experience!!!!

Although it's a hike to get to, Hunters Ridge winery is worth the trip. Nice hilltop building, with plenty of bar space and indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly indoors and out!
Great variety of dry to sweet wines, including perhaps the best blueberry wine and blackberry wine I've had. Our group of six tried almost all of the ~15 available wines, and everyone was able to find something they loved.
The owner (and his brother) were great to chat with and had a great philosophy about their wines: pick ones you love, not ones you think you might get used to.

The owners were beyond welcoming, they drew a map for us by hand to help us get to the interstate. The wine was absolutely delicious and the labels on the bottles are very cute (I am keeping my bottle for decoration). They have a porch to sit on that looks out on beautiful scenery, there were lots of humming birds to watch. Over all it was a very good experience and we would gladly recommend it to others.

Excellent stop off the beaten path! There is a wide variety of wines to sample and enjoy. The owners are entertaining and very helpful about the wine-making process and the tastes in each different wine. Definitely worth a stop (we ended up staying there longer than anticipated; it was that fun!). We want to go back during the summer and enjoy the porch!
