Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Cafe of Life emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.
Evaluation:After your consultation and health history review, Dr. Cheryl will perform a complete chiropractic evaluation. Assessments include posture, range of motion and flexibility, palpation of the spinal musculature, as well as passive range of motion of all spinal regions.
In some cases, she will recommend individual clients complete a dietary questionnaire, a whole body system survey, and/or toxicity review in order to assess the need for nutrional and/or whole food supplement support.Adjustment:Spinal adjustments are gentle using a variety of techniques that involve finger tip pressure, whole hand, osseous, Activator, or drop table.

Upon entering our beautiful chiropractic studio, our friendly staff will greet and welcome you. We will request, prior to your visit to our office, that you print and fill out our client forms located in the New Client Center on this website. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.
Cafe of Life believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
Prepayment as part of our Family Discount Wellness Plan if you qualify prebook and prepay 10 visits and get the dates and times you want. Save an additional 15%. Payment can be received by CASH, Check, DEBIT CARD or VISA/MC. Any accounts left outstanding at the end of the month will be charged 2% per month interest.

Have been seeing Dr Cheyrl Berry for almost 3 months now. When I first started treatment I had not seen a chiropractor in almost 18 years. Prior to that I was a regular at a different clinic that I liked very much. But as their methodology practices changed, I began to feel more pain than relief with each adjustment & eventually stopped seeing them, let alone consider any further chiropractic adjustments.
