There was a time, not so long ago, that I definitely did not. I was 15 years & multiple degrees into my career - working in pediatric trauma, emergency & urgent care. I was also a mother of a newborn & a toddler. When I looked in the mirror, I barely recognized the tired woman with wrinkles looking back at me.

Dr. Alisha Armstrong earned her Master's degree at Vanderbilt University in 2008, where she worked as the Trauma Team Coordinator at Vanderbilt Children's hospital before relocating back home to Chattanooga, TN. In 2013, she earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from UT Chattanooga.
Dr. Armstrong has experience in adult surgical internsive care, adult and pediatric emergency/trauma, pediatric intensive care and neonatal intensive care, as well as the field of aesthetic medicine.After training with some of the top aesthetic injectors in the country, she decided to open Premier Medical Aesthetics.

This was my first visit for Dysport and I met with Stacey Pollum. I needed a new injector and I am thrilled I found one! We immediately clicked! She was thorough with her initial consultation and considerate when discussing the cost of the treatment and honest with expectations. She has client for life!! I LOVE coming here to see Alisha for my beauty treatments! I come every few months to get botox, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Alisha has a credible and successful medical background, and she's highly trained in injection services. I've never had a bad reaction or experience with the botox or service, and I trust her to work on me. She doesn't push to do more that you may not need or to increase how much you spend, and she just doesn't push in general. She'll talk to you about whatever you're interested in and be very honest, but doesn't make you feel pressured. Her prices are fair and her work
