Found Steven from Thumbtack, very knowledgeable and professional CPA. He was able to prepare and file my tax refund quickly, and he was able to catch and point out errors that I had made in the paperwork. He made the process of filing very smooth, able to get me a larger return than I anticipated. Overall, the quality of his services was absolutely worth the cost.

I was very pleased with the whole process of getting my taxes completed for 2020. Steve was very responsive and patience with me as I was getting all the important documents needed for the filing. I had income earned from 5 states, plus federal and they were completed in an accurate, complete and timely manner. Steve was very informative of the latest tax revisions and methods to help to file accurate and complete documents for the current year along with tips and strategies for the 2021 taxes. I found Mr. Ziegler's CPA business website only a few days before taxes were due on July 15, 2020. Not only did Mr. Ziegler respond within an hour of my initial inquiry email with a personal phone call (on a SUNDAY even!), he was able to answer our specific questions and prepare our taxes for an extension with only a few days notice. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and the process of sending secure documents back and forth was very easy and secure. Steve is a great guy and a great CPA. I opened a business a few years ago and it really started to take off this year.
