I needed a new key for my car as I lost mine and needed to get to work. I called and gave the owner all my information and he made me a new key, delivered the key to me, and it came with a spare which I was not expecting! All this in less then 1 hr! The owner was friendly, fast, and professional. I was also thanked for my business afterward.I very much appreciated the fast and friendly service! I will definitely be a returning customer if or when I need it again! Thank you for all your help today!

Excellent service. We lost our keys of Chevy express van (12 seater) in Lake Britton Burney falls state park, CA. Tom was very prompt, professional and kind. He explained all the details of the process and costs of getting a new duplicate key working. He arrived on time and there were some software issues with the vehicle which took almost 90 minutes, but he tried all the techniques to get a temporary key get working else we could have been in a big mess of getting the vehicle towed all the way from Burney to San Jose!.. Highly recommended and many thanks to Tom !!!
