There are many types of soil used for many landscaping uses. The best one for planting everything from plants to vegetables is topsoil. As its name indicates, topsoil is taken from the top layer of the earth, which can be a couple of inches and is the most fertile. It's different from garden soil you'll find at your garden center.
We haul and supply sands of different sizes to construction sites and homes. Each is used for a different purpose due to the texture (very coarse, coarse, very fine, fine, and medium) and particle size. Sand is made from finely divided rock and mineral particles. It has many uses in construction and landscaping.
Aggregates are materials used in construction in drainage applications and as the base material under foundations, roads and railroads. I needed fill dirt and topsoil and Rickey delivered each time (18 cubic yards of each)! Great service, very professional, good value, and great communication, not to mention how fast they came through! Not only was Rickey great to talk with and schedule my deliveries, his drivers were very pro and friendly. I can't recommend Comar's trucking enough for the services they provided me.
