WipoLipo is short for "wipe-out liposuction". It's a technique used for patients with lipedema to remove as much of the fat as possible in any given surgery. WipoLipo is done by performing thorough liposuction on an area of the body affected by the diseased fat in lipedema.

I am so blessed and happy that I chose Dr K! He is so hands on with everything don’t be surprised if when you call his office that be answers the phone! My results are so good that my only regret is not doing it sooner. Dr K always has the best attitude and is very humble and listens and asks what you want unlike other docs that want to push work on you that you don’t need. Dr Krochmal and his staff were excellent. Dr Krochmal has great bedside manner and really listened to me and addressed all of my concerns and questions prior to my surgery. After my procedure, Dr Krochmal was always available and followed up with me constantly.
I couldn’t be happier with my augmentation and would 100% recommend him! He’s a fantastic surgeon!

As a patient with lipedema, I have had two surgeries to date with Dr. Krochmal. From the moment I met Dr. Krochmal, I trusted him. He was upfront about what I was going to experience through surgery and post-up. He explained the plan of care for my body. Dr. Krochmal called me multiple times pre-op to make sure I had everything I needed and that all of my questions were answered. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Dr. Krochmal and his staff at Aespala Med Spa. Not only is he an exceptional plastic surgeon, but he and his staff made me feel so comfortable every time I stepped into that office. Having a major surgery is frightening and intimidating. I emailed him every day with questions for 2 weeks before surgery and he called me right away with answers. He made me feel like I was his only patient, which I loved!
