The people at Alexander's attention to detail and the fact that they make sure they give you the right things and they tell you what's going to work and what's not going to work. These people that work here know what they're talking about. They're very good people. As far as small engines there's nobody better. There are equals that these people are on top of their game. I had them repair my self propelled lawnmower. It need a new belt and gears they said. Got it back and the drive went out again after doing half my yard. Took it back and after having it for 2 weeks they charge me another $50 (initial repair was over $100) and said all they had to do was remove a rock. Ridiculous that this wasn’t covered under some kind of warranty even after I asked about that and explained the situation. Small business should be better at customer service than this. I’ll find a new small motor repair place in the future. Very disappointed in Alexander Hardware and their staff

Dropped of a riding mower and a push mover. The riding mower needed the deck leveled. Got it home and it was still not level. the push mower needed to be serviced. It would not start. Got there to pick it up the first time paid for it and it was not done. Left it there to be finished, and went to pick it up a second time and had to pay again. When you ask the guy at the counter counter what was done... they tell you, you need to ask the other guy. When I got it home the self propel part of the mower was still not working. The only reason we are giving them a star is because they will call when
