Replaced all of the windows and a sliding glass door with Amerimax windows. Water leaks through the sliding glass door and a warranty claim was filed with the manufacturer. An Amerimax service rep inspected the window and confirmed the window frame was defective but they have refused to honor their warranty and have not provided a reason or explanation as to their stance. We have bee forced to file a claim with our insurance company to cover and repair the damages. Very poor window quality and a worthless warranty.

We have a hole in a single frame.

Still working fine.
Great noise attenuation. I can take a nap while they tear down the house across the street.

One small window is blown.
Two handles are cracked. You can tell that the design is flawed as it cracks at an obvious stress point.
Ron came [on time as scheduled] and left 6 replacement handles. The replacement window should be delivered in 3 weeks.
4 years in and still happy.
